2023年信息技术、软件工程和软计算国际会议International Conference on Information Technology, Software Engineering and Soft Computing（ITSESC 2023）定于9月16日在中国福州举行。ITSESC 2023 将展示广泛的学术研究成果，范围包括工业和社会中信息技术、软件工程和软计算的技术和应用，应用领域包括但不限于电力、智能计算、系统、通信、网络等。现邀请作者为会议提交高质量的原创研究和技术贡献。

2、本次会议所有被录用的文章将由IEEE出版社出版，并将被提交到权威的学术数据库，包括Ei-Compendex以及其他索引服务。对于每一篇被接受的论文，至少有一位作者需要注册参加会议。提交的论文以前不应发表过，也不应正在考虑在其他地方发表。
